Sign-in options
- E-mail and password — the main route; next to it “Forgot password?” and “I don't have a password”, which sends a sign-in link to your inbox.
- Google, Discord, X — buttons under the form in the “or sign in with” block.
Registration goes through “Sign up” with the same options. There is no Apple sign-in and no phone number login.
What the account gives you
- Chat. Guests see the shop window; conversation starts after signing in.
- Age. The service publishes an Underage Policy and an 18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement — an adults-only platform, so the account implies you are of age.
- Subscription. $13.99 a month, $8.99 on a 3-month plan, $3.99 a month on annual billing; Visa, MasterCard and crypto, billed under a neutral merchant name.
- Free-account limits. Not shown on the public pages — not verified.
Cancelling and deleting
We found no public deletion guide — not verified. Support runs 24/7 through Zendesk and takes data requests; the legal documents (Content Removal, DMCA) are collected at candy.ai/legal-information. Note the terms on user content: the service keeps a broad licence over what you create. More on data.
If an account is one step too many
The case for Candy AI
A passwordless link and four sign-in methods; the account exists to keep your characters, tokens and subscription.
The case for HoneyChat
No account at all: the chat opens in Telegram or the browser without an e-mail or password, and memory and history persist regardless. 20 messages a day free.
