The steps
- Open My Profile / Settings — the start date, end date and plan type of your subscription are listed there.
- Go to Settings / Unsubscribe and cancel. The Terms call this “cancel your subscription at any time”.
- Check the end date. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged for the next one.
- Spend your tokens before that date — they expire when the paid period ends.

What happens after the period ends

When a refund is possible

The case for Candy AI
If the tokens are the problem rather than the service: downgrading takes effect from the next billing cycle, and the annual plan is $3.99 a month against $13.99 monthly.
The case for HoneyChat
HoneyChat has no tokens and no account requirement: 20 messages and 3 images a day are free with no time limit, paid plans start at $4.99 a month and are billed monthly.
